No user accounts are offered and no visitor profiles are created.
Contact form
Messages from the contact form are used only to respond to the enquiry. After the enquiry is resolved, the necessary contact data will be deleted unless a legal retention obligation applies.
External content
YouTube or map services may only be loaded after explicit consent. Without consent, a privacy-friendly link or local alternative remains available.
Server and security logs
Technical logs may be processed for troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Retention, IP shortening and deletion will be agreed with the hosting provider; security logs should be deleted or overwritten after no more than six months.
